Early 2022 Carnival Cruise Line announced to put MS Carnival Ecstasy back into service after the COVID-pause. But just for this season until October 2022. Thereafter the ship is being sold to an unknown buyer. Future of the vessel thereafter is unclear and will be most probably be scrapped.
