Flagge Deutsch

English Flag Flagge

The Dream Goddess is a small, maneuverable cruise ship that has been offered on the German market for most of the time since it was built in 1980 at HDW Kiel. The small dimensions of the Dream Goddess allow unique passages; for example, she is able to pass through the Corinth Canal or travel the Guadalquivir River to Seville.

In the context of the Corona Crisis 2020, FTI-Cruises had decided in July to discontinue the operation of their own cruise brand and to offer no more voyages with the ship named MS Berlin until then. For the 40th service anniversary, the former dream ship was therefore decommissioned without a sound. Afterwards, MS Berlin was sold to Dreamliner Cruises (brand and a fully-owned subsidiary of Royalton Investment UK), which now plans to convert the ship into a private yacht.

The new shipowner immediately scheduled a complete drydock refurbishment, after which the Malta-flagged cruiseliner was renamed to Dream Goddess and reflagged to Bahamas. However the last refurbishment was done in 2017.

Dreamliner’s Dream Goddess is planned to operate year-round as a top-luxury superyacht opened exclusively for group- and private charters.
